I am writing this review from all my heart- Dr. Woo helped me in my hour of need and I slowly got better, and I am very grateful. Dr. Woo is very caring ,very intelligent, and her area of expertise is very vast and is not limited only to fertility issues. I would not hesitate to send any of my family and friends to her.

I stumbled upon this doctor online which I believe was God guiding me. Everything was great from start to finish, including her staff who is very pleasant as well The place is a bit dated but even if she was operating out of a backyard or a whole in a wall I would still go to see her. She seemed very concerned with my issue although it wasn't her area of expertise she still tried to help and made zero promises which I really appreciated it. Honesty is a must for me. She helped my husband with his neck and shoulder pain with just two or three visits. He had been experiencing pain for years prior to discovering her.. I would return if I ever have any issue that she can assist me with.. Thanks Dr Wan-Mei Woo.

I came to be treated by the acupuncturist Wan Mei Woo two years ago. The office is quite dated and there is no privacy, everyone can hear your conversation with the acupuncturist through the walls. I conceived the month that I started seeing her. She was offended when I asked her what the treatment plan was - I thought it was a fair question and I wanted to learn - she responded with technical Chinese terms that I would not understand. At every appointment, she would place needles on me without explaining what she was treating. I saw her weekly for about 2 months until I found out I had a missed miscarriage at my medical doctor’s office. My baby had already died when I saw the acupuncturist a few days prior. I was heartbroken and I never went back to her after this event - she had lost all my trust and my belief in acupuncture as a whole. I do not blame the miscarriage on her but I expected her to at least notify me during the pulse reading - after all - isn’t that supposed to tell her what was going on with my body and what needed to be treated?
