Dr. Jie Ying Shen has truly been the best pediatrician my children could ever have. We’ve been with her since my daughter Marianna was just 8 months old — and now she’s almost 9! She also cares for my son Liam, and both of my kids absolutely love her. Dr. Shen is incredibly reliable, compassionate, and thorough. She always takes her time during visits to carefully check everything and explain it all to us in a way that’s easy to understand. No matter what concerns we’ve had, she’s always been there — even making herself available through video calls when we needed more immediate help. What really stands out is how much she truly cares. She follows up after hospital visits or other medical concerns and remembers details about my kids, even if we haven’t seen her in a while. Her kind manners and ability to connect with children are unmatched. She genuinely knows her patients and treats them like her own. We feel incredibly lucky to have Dr. Shen as our pediatrician. She is amazing, and we’re so grateful for her care and dedication over the years.

I absolutely love this clinical office! The staff are friendly , helpful and professional, they are listening and always willing to help. Dr Nuna Kim has been the primary pediatrician for my two children for over 15 years. She is communicates clearly and kindly! I have an excellent experience with the staff and doctors at this health centre. They are very welcoming, professional and efficient. The doctors take the time to listen to me and the explain everything clearly especially if I had concerns. I feel truly cared for rather than rushed. Dr. Sirya has been my son’s pediatrician for the past six years, guiding him from childhood into young adulthood. After trying several pediatricians before her, we found that none matched her expertise, dedication and genuine care. She is extremely thorough, highly responsive, and always follows up to ensure her patients receive the best possible care. My son, who has moderate to high functioning autism and communication challenges, has benefited greatly from her patience and professionalism.
