Wash Club

Possibly the worst service or business I have ever encountered. Their reviews indicate that they have a systemic problem with lost laundry. I mean their actual reviews, not the misleading ones that they post on their website. We were on holiday from Australia when they delivered our laundry to a street in New York in the snow (see proof of delivery photo). Thousands of dollars of clothes left on the street never to be found again. Then they lie and cover up (said it was taken to our hotel front desk, despite the photo being nowhere near our hotel - we checked, couldn’t even name the hotel, wouldn’t provide they address where they say they left the bag) - and then they just stop responding (they haven’t even offered a refund for the service!). I am shocked and doing everything I can to have this business fined and ideally shut down (consumer complaint, civil action and police reports). They are aware that their sloppy practices lead to losing customers’ personal items and do nothing to change it. Rotten at every level.

DO NOT TRUST WITH YOUR CLOTHES. Ruined items - customer support offer a redo free of charge - i was then charged for the items they said they would redo for free. In the redo they ruined other items and lost a button top off a blazer. they said they would not replace it or fix it. such a disappointment.

The first time I used their service my clothes arrived very clean with no stains on them, smelled fresh, and desirably ready to wear. My second time of use was very different. Whites came back very dingy and discolored. Of course I can’t tell whether the colored clothes were of the same outcome. Socks were not matched just tied in a ball collectively. It really discouraged my outlook on the service that was to be provided. Whoever that washed my clothes the second time needs not wash them again…EVER!!! These clothes have to be worn but instead now I must purchase and replace the clothes that are now unwearable to my liking. I’ll try them one more time and if the results are the same they’ll never be my choice again. This is reductions.

This company is unprofessional and they steal money. They quoted me one price and charged me more without notifying me. The customer service is trash. Been waiting for a manager to get back to me for several days despite me reaching out multiple times. Will never use them again!

I used this service for several months and had excellent service until recently. I'm utterly disappointed with how they handle things. I sent my load in for a wash and received items that were not mine. No one got back to me to follow up. The Representative had the audacity to tell me there was no mix-up; obviously, there was a mix-up, and that's how I got another person's clothes that did not belong to me. I want to ensure my clothes are not mixed up and that someone received my items. She stated that no one called to say they had additional items of mine. They viewed the cameras and said no one had received my items in place of theirs. I lost trust in them because of how they handled this situation. If you know of a reliable pick-up and drop-off laundry company, please leave their name in the comments. Please see photos of the items that are not mine. Plus, dingy looking socks. Make sure to count your items and keep a log of what you send because there is a possibility you may not get it back. Had I not complained to find out when they were going to pick up these items, they were not going to do anything because the person's items I have, they have not reported them missing. It's unacceptable that they made a mistake and are not rectifying it. Pick up the items and give it back to the correct person. I have had these items for weeks now, and what if I threw them away. Mistakes and accidents happen. I get that, but how you handle it afterward says a lot.
