The owner is an absolute sweetheart. I had a small issue tonight and he went out of his way to help me. He definitely went above and beyond for me, and let me know if I have any issues to reach out to him. The machines are clean, and the laundromat is always tidy. I will definitely be their client for years to come.

Owner is GreatI've been using Web Laundromat since it's brand new opening Day! He owns another Laundry on 35th Ave. near 42nd St. I prefer this business for my washing needs and spending my 💰here. Maria the Woman who works there is very down to earth hard worker keeps the Laundry clean. I Adore her😇

The machines are good but the place is messy. It is hard to pass through when busy. It would be better if they are organized. The folding tables are always occupied by something else.

I did my laundry here the other day and the lady that was working (who I've never seen before) was very rude. I needed smaller bills for the change machine so I went up to her and said "Hi, can I get a five and five ones?" showing a $10 bill in my hand. She didn't say anything in response and took the $10 into the office. She walked out of the office and handed me two $5 bills. I said "I actually needed a five and five ones." She then sighed loudly and rudely said "Oh my god." and took the money to get the correct change. I was pretty shocked that an employee would be so rude to do and say that to a customer that's politely asking for change for the machine. Pretty horrible customer service.

Staff was not helpful with an issue with a dryer. Because they prioritize drop offs others who prefer to do their own laundry have clothing removed from dryers seconds before we can even check to see if their dry if we are not standing right there. They could definitely clean more frequently. Going to start going to the other laundromat down the street.
