Dr Tan has been my PCP for two years now and I adore her! She's professional, she has great bedside manners, and all my concerns are discussed when I see her. Her staff is super helpful and patient, in my opinion.

I've been seeing her for years, and Dr. Tan has a nasty attitude quite often. She wouldn't give me stronger or better or the right painkiller for my migraine for years. Not until I saw my 2nd neurologist who prescribed the right medicine did she followed and gave the med I need ever since, so it's likely that she didn't know that med for migraine before. I stay only because my wife feels that she's okay and hates changes.

My mom went to see the medical report today. She is 66 years old. A young doctor in the clinic had an extremely bad attitude, yelling at my mother and being very impatient. I need to switch my mom's GP again.

The service attitude of the front desk of the 7th Avenue Clinic is not good. It charges $1 for printing a piece of paper, which is simply outrageous.

I went only for COVID test and right after the office saw that I have an insurance card, they wanted me to get an annual check up as well. The office and she did NOT let me know beforehand that she was sending my lab work to a lab OUTSIDE of my network. Even when I asked her she avoid this question. I received a surprise bill 2 months later. When I called the office and ask about the bill that why didn't they let me know ahead of time, they ignored me and said it is what it is.
