I had my husband’s USCIS immigration medical exam at this clinic in November 2023 for his green card process. Even though he had full vaccination records, including the Polio vaccine, the doctor failed to document it correctly on our official USCIS Form I-693. Because of this mistake, USCIS issued an RFE (Request for Evidence), delaying our case and forcing us to redo the exam and pay again. When I contacted the office with proof and the RFE letter, they refused to correct their own error or reissue the form, claiming it was “not required at the time,” which is false — Polio has been a standard USCIS vaccine requirement for years. This clinic showed no accountability, professionalism, or empathy for the stress and financial loss caused by their mistake. I would strongly recommend finding another civil surgeon who understands USCIS documentation standards. They have delayed the procedure and take no accountability. My husband’s grandfather in Italy has terminal cancer and he cannot go see him because of this error. Do not go to this office. Update: After posting my review, this clinic tried to have it removed by falsely claiming that my husband was never a patient. We have receipts, appointment records, and the completed USCIS Form I-693 proving otherwise. When we first called about their documentation error, the receptionist was rude and dismissive, saying “you want it fixed, you pay for service again” and “it’s not our fault, we don’t need to fix it.” She repeatedly cut us off, put us on hold, and refused to help until we mentioned filing a complaint with the New York Department of Health. Only then did they start responding — citing irrelevant HIPAA excuses instead of correcting their own mistake. They still refuse to take any accountability or include us in the correspondence they claim to have with USCIS. They even told us my husband’s varicella vaccine had “expired,” which is medically and legally false, and forced him to pay for a new one even though it was already documented in his record. Their public response is misleading and does not reflect reality. This office lacks professionalism, honesty, and accountability. Red flags 🚩avoid.

I had bad cough and cold, and I had finish my other appt first. I called their office and keep telling them I am trying to be there before they close. Yesterday, the street was very slippery and extreme cold after snow. And I got to their office at exactly 5, the stuff still at office and told me they will not take any more patient since it’s 5 clock now. I wanna say, doctor office is helping patient, and I am already at their office, if I am feeling well, why I have to visit the doctor. All the stuff said they will not take patient after 5 because of me for the over time. I never seen any doctors office has this attitude to the patient. This is worst visit I ever had, very careless.

If you’re not Asian or don’t speak their language please don’t waste your time going here. I was trying to get a physical done here because their opening hours was convenient for my work schedule but it turned out to be a waste of my time. I had completed all my lab work in advance so I had everything ready. In an effort to make me spend money to have blood work done with them, they first claimed that I was missing a vaccination record but I provided same on the blood work. They then mentioned that one of my labs didn’t have my name attached to it but it was this way because it was printed on two different sheets of paper (company name, my name, address, DOB) on one page and the results on the next. Then in a final effort they said one of my labs needed to be on letterhead when the company’s name, address and everything required was right there. I guess these are some of the struggles of being my kind. They assume you’re some kind of scam.

I scheduled an appointment for Tdap because of pregnancy. The doctor obviously have no clue what the vaccine is and she said she would need to Google what it is and ask around to get more information about the vaccine. Then she proceeded to tell me that I would need to go to the pharmacy to pick up the vaccine and bring it to her to inject it. Such a waste of time and the fact that she is clueless about the vaccine makes me worry. I am better off getting my vaccine at CVS. Would never return again.
