My wife went to Dr Zheng for a comprehensive exam. Dr Zheng was knowledgeable and very responsive to our questions. His entire team treated us with kindness and respect. A special mention to CoCo and Haoyue for taking time to call our local drugstore to get necessary vaccine information that was not provided by our nurse. We will use Weibo medical in the future. They are top notch!

I am really upset. I realized I don't trust these people. I now have secondary insurance and the front desk asked me to pay a copay. They can submit it to the secondary along with the balance. Or they could wait for the COB response. Rude and greedy! She actually asked "why do you have 2 insurances? Your insurance will get cancelled when they realize you have another insurance. Are you going to pay us?" My secondary insurance clearly states secondary on the eligibility check and is aware of the other insurance. All that extra money coming from the secondary insurance. Why should I stay there and get sub-par treatment like this over a $15 copay?

Just found out today that I was billed for tdap shots that I never received. It didn’t cost me anything but the insurance paid 63.31. I am appealing the claim. Such a scam!!! If I don’t regularly check my medical history I wouldn’t even have noticed. Smh
