I had a great experience at this office. The physician was patient, knowledgeable, and explained why I had to undergo certain blood testing for my procedure. I had to wait a pretty long time but I was a walk-in. I called the number of the clinic and asked if they could do walk in appointments and they said I could. I am glad because other places require me to make a months long appointment to get in and who knows what would happen if I had to wait that long. I also had an IUD insertion at the office which was scary, but quick and without too much pain. The nurse gave me some Tylenol to help with cramping during and after the procedure I had a few days ago and there is still cramping but they explained to me it would last a couple of weeks, and improve. The office was very homey and warm. All of the equipment was clean and sanitized on the table.

Very satisfied with walk in appointment convenience. Dr. Qu is nice and has a lot of experience. I really respect and trust his medical advice. He delivered my son many years ago and I remember him seeing me in the hospital very early in the morning to check on how I was doing. My mom and sister are also patients. My sister lives in another state now and still comes to get check up with Dr. Qu for any concerns once a year.

I had abnormal bleeding and doctor figured it out why I had such bleeding. It took me so long to find out why. I went to other obgyn at the hospital and they just told me it was normal and didn’t do anything, but I knew it was not normal. Thanks to Dr. Qu I have my life saved. This was in 2020 during pandemic so it was so hard to get in to see a doctor. Since then I have no problem to see Dr Qu. He is life saver. He respect privacy and safety of his patients, I ask why a lady was taking so long in front of me and he said he cannot let me know because it is protected under law. This is reasonable.

I tried this place because my pcp recommended me I made an appointment they didn’t tell me that they don’t take card and I had to pay in cash they made me go get cash and told me I had a certain time limit before I got back the ladies at the front desk were very rude but the doctor was very nice I don’t have a problem with the doctor I just have a problem with the people that work at the front desk

If I could give this practice zero stars I would. I walked in for a leep procedure, and they had me wait 45 mins to bring me into a dirty operating room. The dr did not explain possible complications and his nurse scoffed at me when I asked to speak with him about the risks. As I was sitting in the room waiting for him to talk to me, I looked up at the wall and noticed blood splatter and mold Inside the tubes of one of their machines. Additionally the operating instruments had been sitting out unsterile on pads with another patients blood on it. I am going to file a complaint with the department of health because this practice needs to be shut down.
