I have been going for a few months now. Jeff is my go-to massage therapist. He's strong and works my muscles really well. I enjoy that on cold days, they have space heaters to keep the place warm. The people are always polite and offer water at the end of the massage.
Amazing massage every time! The pressure is always perfect and they really know how to work out all the knots — I feel so much lighter after each session. The staff is very professional and friendly. I even received a phone case as a Christmas gift, which was such a sweet surprise. I come here several times every month and highly recommend this place!
The massage is professional and good (Wendy is great!). Her massage caters to my needs and all my muscle tightness was taken care of. They also offer water and even steam eye mask for me :)
update: they reached out to me, apologized, and paid back the extra amount. updating my review to 5 stars for the quick fix and great service after the error, which was just a miscommunication during the appointment. the owner (i believe?) personally messaged me and emphasized that i can contact them directly in the future if any issues arise again. appreciate this customer service! The massage itself was fine but the interactions afterwards felt scammy. We booked a 1hr couples massage which is listed as $115 cash price. When we went to pay, my partner asked them to break a $100 bill into $20s for the tip. They didn’t seem to understand what he was asking, so he explicitly said “can you give me 5 $20s for the $100 so i can tip?” they still seemed confused, so he said “we’re going to tip $20 per person, so we just want $60 change back”. they ended up giving only $50 back as change and were pretty aggressive / insistent about it, claiming confusion, and my partner ended up just relenting. i paid for the massage via card and expected to be charged ~3% extra for the cc fee. they somehow billed me $125.25, an entire $10 more. so we left feeling a bit scammed, especially since our original $20 per person tip was more than adequate given a
Oh man, I have loved getting massages here for years. She has great hands, the owner. but truthfully, I haven’t gone in a few years when she closed down during the pandemic so I just had a chance to come back. Love seeing her business grow. But unfortunately, the last time I went one of her employees gave me massage and I just had to say it’s just OK. The pressure point I kept having to ask for it to be harder. Granted, I am Asian so I’m used to a lot of pressure. But from a customer service point of view I was disappointed because I had paid for a premium price point of $90 which comes with a free cupping, but I was advised that comes with free cupping BUT she had said that it was MY responsibility to ask for that. How would I know if it wasn’t told and I had not been back in a while? I also offered to Zelle her money, but I did it from a business account which I didn’t realize it had to be specified whether or not it was business or personal I just thought Zelle was sufficient. It just felt like there was some miscommunication and including with the pressure points and having to keep asking for adjustments, I think I am better off unfortunately finding another massage place. I hope her all the best with her business and I’m glad to see it grow. But the straw that broke the camel’s back was as I was exiting. No one really said thank you to me and then on top of that, all of her employees were in the main space on their cell phones, which I found very offputting you go to a massage to try to get peace and to be surrounded with that phone addiction was just sad. I get communal work space is challenging to come by but I am going to be looking for somewhere else.
