The massage was amazing and thorough. They weren't too rough like some other places. The business is very clean. The tables are comfortable. Very friendly staff and reasonable prices. $110 for 60 min couple Swedish massage. Also, me and my sister are larger black women. They treated us with respect and welcome us. I will be coming back, thank you!

My husband and I came to New York and decided to treat ourselves to a couples massage here — and it was absolutely wonderful! The atmosphere was calm and relaxing, the space was clean and comfortable, and the staff were incredibly professional and kind. We both felt so refreshed afterward. Highly recommend this spa for anyone looking to unwind and enjoy a truly rejuvenating experience!

Recently went in with my girlfriend to relax and we weren’t disappointed. As soon as we came in we were welcomed and placed on a room. My girlfriend massage was on point she said, although at points too strong. I won’t deny I would had liked mine to be more strong but it still was great. Would definitely recommend to couples and we will definitely come back.

As someone who is very hard to please when it comes to massages… I was very impressed with Andy. He has skilled, strong hands and I never had to give any direction. The pressure was perfect the entire time and he listened to where my body needed attention most (often ignored by others just to get through the whole body in the time given). I will be coming back regularly! :)

Just did a couples massage and unfortunately it wasn’t great. If you’ve never had a massage before or just want something inexpensive and quick, then this place might work for you — you kinda get what you pay for. But for anyone looking for a real therapeutic experience, I wouldn’t recommend it. My husband found his massage way too rough, and I’m currently pregnant — they quoted one price over the phone but it changed when we arrived, which was disappointing. My massage itself wasn’t good. I even paid for extra time because the therapist never made it to my feet before the timer went off. She kept massaging the same spot on my shoulder despite me clearly explaining that my main concerns were my neck, hands, low back, and feet. The language barrier definitely made it harder to communicate. I left feeling disappointed… As a medical professional (physical therapist), it was very obvious that there was a lack of proper technique and understanding. There was no flow, no assessment of the tissue, no intention — just random massage with no real purpose behind it. If you just want someone to rub your back for a bit, this place might be fine. But if you’re looking for an actual, skilled massage experience, I would look elsewhere. --- IN RESPONSE to YOU: Your reply is simply not true. I even paid for extra time because the therapist never made it to my feet during the original session. I had to guide her through most of the massage and repeatedly tell her which areas to address. That alone shows the service was not what you’re claiming. And just to clarify — tipping does not mean I was happy. I tip out of courtesy and respect for service workers, not because I enjoyed the service. I was also quoted one price over the phone and charged another in person. That’s not “confusion.” That’s inconsistency. Smiling when I left was me being polite, not a sign that I was satisfied. Instead of rewriting my experience or telling me how I “appeared,” it would be more professional to acknowledge the feedback and improve. People deserve to know when a business does not deliver the quality they advertise. Dismissing my experience by saying everything was “satisfactory” is unprofessional. Honest feedback deserves an honest acknowledgment — not a rewrite of what happened. So yes, I will be updating this to a 1-star review. 😉
