The noodles here are phenomenal, with options that truly stand out in both taste and aroma. Their beef noodle soup, seafood noodle, and pork chop with rice cake stir-fry are all packed with flavor. The restaurant has a clean and casual vibe — no tipping required, just come in, sit down, and enjoy. If you're a fan of hot noodle soup, you have to try the pig dirty powder on the menu, which is my go-to. For just $10, you get a hearty portion, and adding an egg is only $1 more. It’s an awesome price for the quality and authenticity of the cuisine. Definitely a spot worth checking out!

Owners are very kind and nice

Pretty sure this isn’t a popular dish amongst y’all but for those who enjoy offal/innards, I highly recommend this noodle soup. You do smell the funk when it’s ready but you don’t taste funk or very little of it. It needs some funk. . I really enjoyed it, more than I anticipated. Even Chun who wouldn’t eat it unless it’s grilled or deep fried said it was good. He got the beef to be safe and said it was ok. They use different broth for the noodles. The pork one had a richer deeper flavor. . They appear to have 3 different kinds of noodles, the one shown (which is the standard), rice noodles and rice cake. I liked the noodles and the portion was a lot. I barely ate dinner that night after the meal. You do get a good value for your buck. . The menu is very simple and the translations are literal as if it was google translated. For example beef noodle - it says beef powder. Powder is pronounced fun, which can be for noodle as well based on you say it. Anyways, just giving you an idea of the menu description. More importantly, they have the protein correct. . The only draw back for me is on a hot day, they didn’t turn on the AC, just left the door wide open. But that’s normal for them. It’s a hole in a the wall, not sitting/dining for comfort. It’s a husband/wife shop, even the grandkids were hanging out and having a late lunch with them. So cute.
