Cindy and his crew are the most professional hairstylist in the entire Metro area. She did my Japanese straightening since 2005 with an amazing results to the point I take my entire family there and we all are very satisfied. This place does wonders and all are very friendly. My elderly mom it’s treated like a queen there too. I don’t go to any other place than Wenzhoufamous!! 💕 thank you!!

Don’t let the appearance fool you. the staff are very friendly and the results were amazing . I had a simple wash and blow and the lady trimmed my bangs free of charge along with styling .

This was by far the WORST salon experience l've ever had. I came in with my little sister and clearly said she wanted curtain bangs. The bald man who was supposed to cut her hair immediately grabbed a curling iron and started curling instead. I stopped him and told him again, "She wants curtain bangs." He brushed me off and insisted he knew what he was doing, so l let him continue. When he was done, he looked at me and said, "Okay, $10." Charging me $10 just to curl her hair when I asked for a haircut? That's not what we came for at all. Then, out of nowhere, this blonde-haired Asian woman (looked like she was in her late 50s) starts yelling at me, saying I didn't know what was talking about and that I supposedly asked for curls, not a haircut. She was extremely rude and loud for no reason. I'm not the kind of person who likes to argue, but she kept raising her voice at me, so l argued back. She then tells me that if we actually wanted the haircut, it would now be $20 total. At this point, I just agreed to move on. They gave her some layers and curtain bangs, then curled it again. When I looked, I noticed the back of her hair wasn't even touched. Asked about it, and once again, they started yelling at me. They told me if I wanted the back cut, l'd have to pay another $10. What kind of scam is this? Charging more and more for every little thing? And while all this was happening, the staff were speaking in Chinese, pointing at me, and laughing. The blonde woman kept giving me dirty looks like I had done something wrong. The whole environment was unprofessional and disrespectful. I've never had a worse experience in any salon in my life. Between the miscommunication, the constant yelling, the scammy extra charges, and the rude treatment, I will NEVER go back. Save your money and do not step foot in this place.

Not a good place to go get your hair done, they give you one set price at the beginning and at the end its a different price. Not only that I show her what I wanted to get done I came out looking nothing like it. She made me blonde and damage my hair so badly with the bleach she keep on my hair for four hours I have to end up cutting off my hair

I don’t understand why the barber cut my hair and bangs too short, literally short. Before i went there, my front hair length reached my nose. I had nose length bangs. I showed some pictures from my phone to the barber and asked him if he could cut my hair by keeping the hair and bangs like a haircut in the photos i showed (by the eyebrows). So i supposed to still have bangs cover my forehead until eyebrows. I showed him the photos to help him understand and avoid cutting a very short hair and bangs. I also said not to cut short, cut little bit, and cut like a haircut in the photos. But in the end, what he did was cut my hair very very short like a buzz cut. i really do not understand what he did. 🥲
