The folks working in the vitamin and supplement department are the absolute best. My dog was pre diabetic and they helped us get on a food and supplement routine that has honestly saved her life. I can’t thank them enough

This store has a very good selection of good quality cat food, which you won't find in big chain stores. Their prices are very reasonable, and they also carry very good pet toys. The staff is very friendly and will definitely assist you if you have any questions. I just wish they had more locations in the city

All of the staff here are incredibly warm and welcoming. I had a wonderful conversation with Randy, who was so friendly and genuinely interested in listening to my stories about pets. It’s inspiring to see a business that has been serving New York’s pets for 38 years and is still going strong. The walls filled with photos show just how deep Randy’s love and dedication to the pet industry really are. As a small business owner myself, I truly admire that love, and I will always be happy to support Randy’s business. I highly recommend Whiskers Holistic Petcare to all pet parents.

Packed full of products and staffed with some of the kindest, most knowledgable people. We love it here so much, not only because of the supplies but because we adopted 2 cats at different times from Whiskers as well.

I loved this experience. Overall staff was extremely helpful and supportive especially the gentleman running the wellness area of the store. He gave me great advice on my kitten. Along with the other great staff member from the toy area. The store is small & packed with great quality products. They even have handmade clothing ! My only complaint (hence the 4 star) would have to be the guy that seems to run the store. I spoke to him on the phone prior to my arrival and he just seemed very passive aggressive. Like he hated what he was doing, in the store as well he just had a very off putting vibe compared to everyone else in the store. Besides that 10/10 and I love this store I’m definitely making it a habit of going here for my babies food.
