Excellent customer service and great people! Showed up on a Friday afternoon with a suit and a dress that I needed dry cleaned for Saturday morning. Not only did they get it done, but they got it done with a smile!

This is my go-to local dry cleaning spot. They’re fast, reasonably priced, and excellent. I recently went to get my clothes tailored for the first time and they did a perfect job with my suit pants alteration. I trust them and highly recommend J Cleaners!

I dropped off my coat to be cleaned, and when I came to pick it up, it was wrapped up, but I had the idea to check it before I left, and all the stains were still on it, and it hadn’t been cleaned at all. When I told the guy that this hasn’t even been cleaned, he gave me an attitude and said fine then don’t pay. The audacity to give me an attitude when I don’t want to pay for a service I didn’t even receive is crazy.

They damaged both cuffs on my Canada goose jacket due to the dry clean. they admitted it was their fault, but they only offered by simple hand sew where the damage are without any other solutions. they also supposed to called my back in the same day and provided me what's next. but after 4 days, i still havet rcvd their called yet, and i left my jacket with them. they also refuse compensation which they had on the back on the receipt. i already filed a case in 311. please dont go to this store. i have been wearing my jacket for 8 years, and i dry clean every year with no problem. this is the first to i visited this store, and it gave my a nightmare.
