My husband and I have never owned any property and were very fortunate to find Albert Wilk to be our realtor. From start to finish, Albert was extremely knowledgeable and kept us informed every step of the way! It was our pleasure dealing with him and without a doubt, would recommend him highly to anyone seeking to purchase a new home!

We had an outstanding experience as a first time homebuyers! Albert helped us to get a general information of a current market and walked us through a lot of properties, clearly pointing out advantages and disadvantages of each one. Especially helped us through negotiations process to get a better deal. If u looking to buy a property I can’t recommend a better broker but him, hands down!

We listed our condominium to be sold and we have tried two other Real Estate agencies with a horrible failure and a delay in selling. I have found Wilk Real Estate online and I have heard of them before, since this is a big agency with more than 30 years in business. The owner picked up the phone and staged my condominium for selling, not only that he came back the second day himself to take photos which were posted for selling purpose. Usually, the owner would talk to you on the phone and at most show up the first time to see your property, not only they took a very small percentage for it. I was really impressed with the way they handled selling my property, and he brought his associate Tanya (a real estate angel) who basically has been throughout the whole process with us. She is very amicable, professional, and cares about her clients (which is let’s face it quite rare). I am grateful I found Wilk Real Estate agency and grateful for helping us with this long tedious process. Thank You soooo much Albert Wilk and Tanya Poradisova, who were godsend, and I would recommend to anyone who is buying or selling to only use them (you won’t be disappointed).

Great experience with Wilk Real Estates! They sold my condo in few days for even better price then I purposed! All transactions went smoothly and exactly as it was promised. These guys definitely know what they are doing and treat you like you are their best friend. Will do business with them again for sure!

Michael Rabin's impolite attitude, incompetent knowledge about the real estate industry and processes shattered our dream house deal. He first accepted our offer at top dollar on the behalf of the sellers. Then, between the time we got an inspection done till the time that our attorneys negotiated a deal, he found another prospective buyer and tried to sway the sellers from perfectly good buyers based on illegitimate facts. We are first time home buyers with a perfect credit score and zero debt. In addition, his behavior towards our realtor and ultimately towards us, was rude, immature and depicted poor business acumen.
