I came to Wilson’s shop as a recommendation all the way from Long Island as a walk-in. I spoke with Alex who is more than 100% accommodating prices are very reasonable as compared to other places in the city I needed to replace the rotors and have my brakes fixed. They took care of me and the work was 100% satisfactory. If you are ever in Forest Hills or Brooklyn, I recommend visiting Wilson’s E Scooter, and E bike shop.

This is an excellent scooter repair shop — they replaced my rear wheel and even adjusted the brakes and did some maintenance for free. Their service is top-notch, and the staff are extremely friendly and helpful.

I visited this electric scooter repair shop today to get some screws tightened on my scooter. The service was impressively fast, and the staff was friendly, getting the job done in no time. However, I found the price a bit steep—$30 for just tightening a few screws felt excessive. In my opinion, $15 would’ve been a fairer price for such a quick fix. While the speed and service were great, the cost left me feeling it wasn’t the best value.

I hate to do this because in the past I’ve had great experience with this shop. However, this time around I brought the scooter in with a rear motor issue. They repaired it, when I picked it up I was told it’s not worth repairing it again so if it breaks one more time, it cannot be salvaged. Well, less than 24 hours later and less than 3 miles the motor failed again. Had they told me motor is not good you need to replace it. I would’ve gone ahead and had them replaced a motor with a brand new motor instead of charging me to repair something that cannot be repaired.
