I have been with this brokerage for 5 years. It’s an amazing company

I’ve been trying to reach this firm for almost two weeks and no one responds to emails or calls. Many of their properties sit on Zillow for years because of this lack of communication. The service is extremely poor and frustrating. If you’re interested in selling your property, do not go with this firm. They expect to collect a commission while providing no basic follow-through or support.
