Frank Lupi was recommended to me by a friend., I can’t say enough of good things about him, his skills and his promise of taking care of business. He is efficient and honest and I love his style of getting things done. If he says he’s going to call you he means it. He is an amazing realtor and person. I want to thank him for everything he did to make an almost impossible situation happen. He is number one in my book.

I don’t normally write reviews, but I felt led to write a review regarding the exceptional experience we had dealing with Wolf properties, specifically with our day to day dealings with Mr. Vincent Salino. My siblings and I had the difficult task of selling my mom‘s home after her recent passing. Mr. Salino not only worked tirelessly in trying to sell the house but he attentive to our feelings as well. He knew our concerns about finding the perfect buyer who would love the house as much as our mom did and who was willing to pay the asking price. He definitely accomplished both. We will definitely call Wolf Properties for all our future realty needs.

I called Lillian Srour @ Wolf Prop to see a house they had listed for sale. She was at my door the next morning and we had a brief conversation of what we were looking for. It was immediately obvious that I was dealing with an experienced and very serious real estate professional. She did not back down when I told her I am very serious and challenged her to find us a "Diamond" property and that I'm actually a buyer ready to buy today. After identifying the property 3 days later, Lillian, smartly and swiftly locked down the deal recognizing it was a Diamond indeed. She got us into exclusive contract and protected our deal from a vicious lineup of other hungry buyers that began to form as they recognized the value we already saw. What can I say? It's 45 days later we own our dream home. She even sent us a gift basket. If you are buying a home in NY, challenge Lillian Srour. Thank me later.

Do not trust Frank Lupi or his brokerage. I had an incredibly frustrating experience working with Frank Lupi. He was hired to list and sell a co-op for an elderly woman after her boyfriend passed away. She trusted Frank to handle the removal of furniture, including the removal of a glass wall in one of the rooms, and even paid him $1,500 to hire workers for the job. Unfortunately, Frank only paid $250 to a worker to throw away some couches and pocketed the rest of the money. He lied to both the seller and the buyer, and at closing, the seller discovered that the glass wall was never removed—something that was part of the agreement with the buyer. As a result, the buyer's attorney had to short the seller several hundred dollars so that the buyer could hire a crew to remove the glass. This caused the seller to lose over $2,000, all because Frank thought he could get away with taking advantage of an elderly woman and her trust. I highly recommend avoiding doing any business with Frank Lupi or his brokerage. His dishonesty and lack of professionalism have caused significant financial and emotional distress for everyone involved. Don’t make the same mistake.
