We had a zipper malfunction on our way to a wedding. They stayed open late for us, had to cut the dress, replace the zipper and it all happened in 20 minutes. My sister was near tears and they just reassured her and told her not to worry. Fantastic, fast and compassionate service. Hero status. Thank you Wo's!

First time going to a tailor and this is Best place I came to by far, no regrets. if you want good work come here. great service, great price, you going to get your money worth. Trust!!! They also seen my vision and made it reality, I love that. Thank You

Professional, kind and TALENTED!!! I’ve spent many quick sessions over at Wo’s while they have been altering my wedding dress within a 3 week time frame. They gave me an accurate cost estimate and helped me understand the alteration process as I went. They ordered bust cups for me when I could t find them anywhere locally. My dress fits so well now !!! They have been incredibly accommodating when I couldn’t make an appointment or was running late. The staff (mostly worked w Sheila) is so personable and I really feel like we connected. They reminded me of small tricks & tips as the bride too. They taught my maid of honor how to button up my dress and bustle. I can say I now I have my go-to tailor in NYC! Will post follow up dress after the wedding.

Disappointing experience. I had a brand new bridesmaid dress that was too long and big in waist / sleeve area. For the two different areas the total was $250 for alterations. The result had me exposed in the front by the way things were taken in and I will now need to tape the dress down for the wedding on both sides. This is what the tailor specifically said I should do even though I didn’t anticipate having this issue. When I asked how much that part was specifically it was $180. I suggested that feels overpriced for now needing to rush order boob tape. She didn’t budge and proceeded to tell me my waist was too big to take the area in a different way and increased the price since I was doing the balance with Venmo not cash. Won’t be back.

I left this place in tears. I wish I never went here. They charged me a ton of money to ruin a couture outfit for my brothers wedding. After multiple fittings they couldn’t get a simple silhouette fitted correctly. Messy job w strings and beads falling out. The worst part was that they refused to help unless I paid more and said “if I knew you wanted it to be perfect, I wouldn’t have taken your order” very very frustrating and disappointing experience. Update: The response from the business is actually shocking. I went in originally on a saturday, was asked to come back for a fitting on wednesday. I spent over an hour on wednesday in the fitting explaining to them how they still had not fixed the issue. Not only did they mess up the sleeves on the top by cutting shorter, when t hey couldn't fix a simple shirt, they tried to give me bad advice. And told me they will not be fixing the actual problem. She handed me the half finished top with raw hems and said it was "completed" and there wasn't much more to be done. I dont trut them enough to go back to allow them to finish their "rush" job that took a week and 4 hours of my time. money hungry, Unprofessional and untalented. DO NOT RECOMMEND.
