Steven was absolutely amazing! He was so caring and incredibly knowledgeable in helping me set up my INC. He made the process so smooth and stress-free, explaining everything clearly and ensuring I understood each step. Truly a gem! The pricing was great, and he went above and beyond to provide outstanding service. For those interested, their hours outside of tax season are Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 10 AM to 5 PM. During tax season, they’re open every day from 10 AM to 6 PM. They also speak Cantonese and Mandarin, which is a huge plus. If they don’t answer, feel free to drop a voicemail—they got back to me within the same hour! Highly recommend Steven for any business or tax-related needs!
