I cannot recommend this company enough. I asked a few places for quotes and this company was the lowest by far. Then I was expecting what I paid for, but the three movers hustled. They were fast, efficient, cordial, secure, and professional. They were also very accomodating to our needs. Highly recommend for your moving needs.

I have used Sung Shim Enterprises as a mover for the past 12 years. They have moved me from four different apartments. They are ultra reliable, fast, and affordable. Very very experienced and I felt safe around them. I found them from my mother-in-law, who used them to move valuable artworks to art fair at the Park Slope Armory as well as to move a 4 bedroom house. I've never had anything broken. They were able to take apart my bed and put it back together very quickly. They don't demand tips like I've heard some movers do, but I tip them extremely well because they deserve it!

The only available time was 1 PM, so I scheduled the appointment and waited. But they never showed up. After over 10 minutes, I called to check, only to find out their car had broken down—yet they didn’t even bother to inform me. Instead, they casually said they’d send another vehicle around 3 or 4 PM, as if my time meant nothing. This level of irresponsibility is completely unacceptable. If they knew they couldn’t make it, they should have called immediately. Making customers wait without any notice is beyond unprofessional. Service providers like this should be completely removed from the market. They’re unreliable, untrustworthy, and a total waste of time.
