I spoke with the boss about waiting to see how my faded color looked before deciding on the next shade. I asked for silver and confirmed it many times. However, it turned out the boss had already prepared brown in advance. The result was black and brown, not the silver I requested. If it had been black and silver, it would have been perfect. The staff were meticulous and kind (three hearts for them), but I was disappointed that the boss was so strong-willed and did not respect my choice.If he had simply done the silver I requested, this would have been the best barber shop to recommend.

Not happy I was looking for a salon that can do my hair, the way I wanted and I went here I ask to the staff before doing my hair and I even show pictures to them as a reference of how I wanted the hair and I ask if they can do it, they told me “yes we can” and so I ended up doing my hair there’s, but once they finish it didn’t come out looking like the picture or the way I wanted I didn’t say anything cuz I’m not someone who like to confront people, but it’s very disappointing to me the fact that they say they can do something and they do something totally different and also the payment for that was kinda high just to have something I didn’t like :( ( I just give birth and I tough that getting my hair done even something as simple as that could’ve make me feel better and I ended up even sadder and disappointed)
