It saddens me to see such a low rating for an amazing and kind doctor like Dr. Xiao. She was the on-call doctor when my OB decided to go on vacation when I was 40 weeks pregnant with my first child. Dr. Xiao took such good care of me. I was unable to deliver naturally after induction so Dr. Xiao had to make a fast decision to do a c-section. She did such an amazing job with my first that I chose her to be my OB for my second child. Dr. Xiao decided the second child would be a planned c-section after the difficulties I had with my first and I agreed. Everything went smoothly and according to our plan. She was so caring and soothed me as they were giving me my epidural. Little moments that you never forget. I will forever be grateful to her. The office staff could definitely use some work. Yes, there is a long wait, but that was expected. Many of the staff members were nice, except for one older short Asian woman with shoulder length hair. She was the oldest woman at the front desk. She commented on the weight I gained while I was pregnant and weighing in for one of my appointments. I believe her words were "wow! that a lot from last time, too much"....yea, thanks. Rude and unnecessary. Leave the medical advice up to the doctor, lady. Other than that, everyone else was nice. Thank you, Dr. Xiao! I have two healthy children thanks to the care I received from you. I am forever grateful.

Dr. Xiao is an amazing, competent, and dedicated doctor. She always takes good care of patients to the best of her ability. She has lots of experience. When you have health complications, she can help you. She is always kind and generous with her time and expertise with patients and colleagues. It makes me sick to see people go on the internet and badmouth this doctor’s office when they work so hard to help people. Please think twice before leaving a negative review. It hurts and nobody is perfect. Thank you Dr Xiao for what you do and saving mothers’ and babies’ lives all the time.

I had an annual check and asking something questions to the doctor. The assistant nurse was very rude and said I need to pay copay since it's nothing related to the annual check. WOW!!! It made me feel like that you treat your patients as business not a human being. TOO BAD!!! 😞

Both the receptionist and medical assistant are very rude and impatient! !They even want to charge me for asking some suggestions on fertilizer issues. They name it as “consultant fee”! After I told them I will not do consulting as they don’t even provide IVF fertilizer treatment, they stopped answer my question during annual check! Even I told them I feel something wrong with my ovary, they just said it’s not covered by annual check and rush me out of office! UNBELIEVABLE! So what’s the point of annual check? As an OB, u are not supposed to check if everything with your patient is good? We are your patient not your money machine! ! I have been with Doctor Xiao over ten years since my first baby, but feel very disappointed this time! I definitely will change my OB , and hope other people will rethink if they choose to go there.

This is my first time leaving a review for a doctor. I came in for an annual exam and asked one question. I was told the annual exam is free, but the question was not covered. I was required to pay a $30 copay before I could continue with the visit. When I have no medical issues and am only there for an annual exam, I don’t mind seeing a PA. However, I have not seen Dr. Xiao in the past three years, as she has never been available. All 1 star✨ reviews are the true reflection of her office. Hard to find a good Dr theses days, SAD!
