Xiao Huifang OB/GYN PC

Dr. Xiao is da best and nicest OBGYN that i ever met! When i was pregnant 10 yrs ago she told me that i had small cysts, then on my mid pregnancy because i moved so i have to switched the OBGYN. My new OBGYN on my first pregnancy never mentioned anything about small cysts because She didn’t check very detailed like Dr. Xiao. And with another different OBGYN on my 2nd pregnancy also didn’t check very detailed like what Dr. Xiao did to me . But last week I decided to come back and see Dr. Xiao , eventhough it’s far from my living place , but i will sacrifice my time only to check up with Dr. Xiao . She’s soooo patiently explaining to me every detail and listening to my concerns. Not like other OBGYN always in rush! I would recommend Dr. Xiao to everyone whoever needs OBGYN, coz you’re in a good hands! The only thing I dont like from this place is the front desk! Not friendly at all! Only Serina is so nice 👍

This was by far the worst medical experience I’ve had. The doctor kept interrupting me every time I tried to explain my symptoms, and it felt like they had no interest in understanding my concerns. Because they weren’t able to run the specific test, it seemed like they didn’t bother to listen. If you don’t want to walk out upset, I strongly suggest going somewhere else.

1. **For normal test results, the clinic could easily notify patients by phone, yet insists they come in person.** > 2. **Once there, you're lucky to wait only an hour. Even with an appointment, wait times are unpredictable. Asking the front desk "How many people are ahead of me?" only gets a dismissive "We can't tell you."** > 3. **The front desk staff are profoundly unprofessional, lacking patience and basic empathy. They are utterly unsuited for healthcare. By hiring these young women, the clinic isn't serving patients—it's driving them away and potentially worsening their health! Steer clear of this clinic!**

This place is a joke. All the other reviews make perfect sense now, because my experience was exactly the same. I used to be a patient here and only returned because the office called to say my insurance was active again. I showed up on time, but ended up waiting indefinitely with zero communication. No one could tell me how long the wait would be or how many patients were ahead of me. I didn’t even get to speak with the doctor — I wasted over 30 minutes just trying to find another OB-GYN office because the front desk showed no respect for my time or situation. Truly one of the most frustrating medical office experiences I’ve ever had.

Staff cc not sure her name, I think she is medical assistant, and she’s very not professional, she is so rude. She told me Not allowed family member to come in because to protect patient privacy. But the funny thing she allowed the couples with kid come in see dr together. Okay…. And then my mom was not explaining too well about her previous mammogram exam, so she asked me about my mom mammogram result in front of all patients who in the lobby. Okay… that’s how you protect the patient’s privacy .
