Our family has been seeing Dr. Smith for over 10 years and we can't recommend them enough. They are so caring, knowledgeable and take the time to truly listen to our concerns. We always leave their office feeling heard and in good hands.
I totallt waste of my time to visit the clinic everytime. waiting time is long, bad organized. I did medical test for parents. They ask us to go back to do blood again, because the sample is destroyed. Do not go there to waste your time.
Worst receptionist I have ever experienced in my entire life. I was charged a copay + a 30% coinsurance amount by the receptionist, but my insurance plan only needs me to pay the copay. I told the reception this and was told that I still need to pay the coinsurance amount despite calling the insurance company and was told that I don't need to. I spoke to the receptionist and she insisted that I pay the coinsurance, and if I don't I will not see the doctor. I bit the bullet and paid and I told the doctor about it. The doctor said once i get my Explanation of benefit (EOB) and if it only shows i just need to pay the copay, they will refund me for the coinsurance amount. Without a surprise, the EOB says I just need to pay the copay. I went back to the receptionist a few weeks later and requested a refund, for which she said it doesn't matter what the EOB says. I asked to speak to the doctor and she said I needed to pay her the copay and coinsurance to see the doctor again. If she was unclear about my insurance policy, she could've called the insurance company to clarify or offer a solution, but she didn't. Her attitude sucks. The doctors are good, but the receptionist made the experience undesirable. I will not come back.
My visit was a frustrating experience due to the receptionist's lack of professionalism and communication. My appointment was with Dr Kung on 02/28 morning. Despite giving my insurance details days before, I was informed by the middle-aged receptionist (约50岁左右) with AN ATTITUDE upon arrival that my insurance was not accepted. The clinic had the opportunity to contact me about the insurance issue beforehand, why did they fail to do so? It would have saved me time and effort I spend getting to the clinic only to be turned away. Furthermore, I had several unpleasant experiences speaking with this same middle-aged receptionist on the phone in the past. I must express my concern over her conduct, as each time she exhibited unprofessional behavior characterized by a dismissive and confrontational demeanor, and at times even RAISING HER VOICE. Such behavior can discourage people from seeking medical attention at this clinic. Aren’t maintaining a professional and courteous manner basic factors in healthcare where empathy and compassion are of utmost importance?
