Dr. He is the best doctor in New York that my husband and I trust the most. His medical treatment is accurate and his prescribed medications are appropriate.We respect and love him. You need to be careful about the clinic hours and days of the week.

Came here for my immigration physical- everything done within a week (or less), reasonable pricing. No appointment required, very friendly staff and the wait wasn’t long at the clinic for the blood draw. Highly recommend!

Had a very good experience with Dr. Xiarong for my Immigration Medical Exams. Managed to finish all necessary tests within a week and at a very good price. Quite friendly and nice staff as well 🤙

The receptionist was very nice and polite. However, the old woman who takes blood was super unhygienic and unprofessional. She doesn’t change gloves, just reuses them. She would touch her computer (which is dirty) with the gloved hand, then use that same gloved hand to touch the open wound where the skin was just punctured. She was also very careless when she was taking my blood and now I have a blown vein. Lastly, she was online shopping while waiting for my blood to fill the vial.

I don't understand why people want to come to this medical office. The nurse here said she is too busy to take the blood pressure for an elderly who came in for a check up. (The office was packed with patients on this particular day) Isn't it protocol to check blood pressure and weight at check up regardless how busy the office is? You bill for a check up but you claim you have no time to take blood pressure or check patient's weight just because your waiting room is packed. So you just want to collect money for not doing the work? She also used the same gloves to take the urine vial from one patient while working with another patient. She did not change her gloves. The urine vial was not in a sealed bag either. Isn't there a sanitary protocol for medical offices?
