I’ve had great experiences here in the past, but the Brooklyn office has become incredibly UNPROFESSIONAL. I reached out via WeChat and followed up with a call this afternoon (3/27), only to be met by a hostile and rude female representative. When I asked for professional guidance on Schedule C, she dismissively told me: 'You should know that yourself; we don’t know.' The pricing was also inconsistent and poorly explained of adding the extra $55 this year. I actually called the other 2 branches immediately after, and they were patient, professional, and clear. Although the price is similar but I’m more happy to pay for quality service, but the Brooklyn staff was lazy and disrespectful despite my polite inquiry. I’m not sure if they changed their staff this year, but please do yourself a favor and go to the other offices to avoid this kind of unprofessional treatment.
