I tried their facial today. It was so great. Rose helped me. She was very attentive on my face. Definitely I will be back!

This is honestly one of the best spas I’ve ever been to! My boyfriend and I came in for basic facials, and he also had a full face wax, and we were both so impressed from start to finish. The spa itself feels clean, professional, and relaxing the moment you walk in. It has that calm, pampered atmosphere that makes you feel like you’re really treating yourself. Linda took care of our facials, and she was wonderful. She’s very skilled, gentle, and personable — easy to talk to and genuinely attentive. She walked us through what she was doing, checked in on our comfort, and made the whole experience feel customized rather than rushed. Our skin felt clean, refreshed, and glowing afterward. My boyfriend’s full face wax was also done with care and precision. The results were smooth and thorough, and he was really happy with how it turned out. For the level of detail and professionalism, it felt like a high-end experience. Overall, this spa delivers excellent service, a relaxing environment, and staff who really know what they’re doing. We left feeling refreshed, cared for, and truly pampered. Highly recommend this place for facials and waxing — it’s a fantastic spot for a self-care day or a couple’s treat!

My mother and I got the basic facials there and also she got her full face waxed. The face wax was very pricey.Linda did good facials and was personable. However what killed it for me is she asked for more tip after I tipped her 20 percent. It was very uncomfortable! How can one ask for more tip especially when I tipped her 20 percent. It’s up to us how much tip we want to give. Tipping is a “required” courtesy but how much is our choice. Eventhough her service was good but that moment when she asked for more ruined the whole experience. I’m definitely not going back there again. And at last but not least the face wax was overcharged anyway.

Massage was just okay. I was asked to pay upfront before starting the massage. It was $40 for 1 hour. After the massage, I wanted to tip $10. I only had an $100 and asked for $90 back. The masseuse refused to give me $90 back and only gave me $80. And boldly said “everyone tip $20”. Absolute scam.

I paid and tipped before the service for a 60 minute massage. I got to my room and started to undress for the message and the women who processed my payments came in and told me the price changed and kept laughing. I had friends who were charged the same amount go into their services unbothered. I was confused as to why my price was almost doubling. The woman just kept laughing and staring at me. I didnt understand at all. Turns out I had paid even more than my friends.
