Stay away from this place! This is the worst place ever. they adjust their scale to make your package 1pound more than actual and even deceive extra pound when they fill out the paper , so you paid 6 pound money for 4 pound package. More than that, you can’t expect your package to be received within one month( three week is normal for international package which from America to China) and also you can’t reach their customer service either by wechat or phone, no person respond no person answer. Finally, found out they still leave your package in flushing with the excuse that no flight , but if there was no flight, people should be noticed before they were charged.
