One of the best restoration companies in NYC.

This company creates hazardous work conditions and does not follow NYC EPA or DOB guidelines for dust mitigation. They’ve been doing work on the exterior of my apartment building for months without any wetting, vacuuming or dust control apparatuses (despite a scope of work that included taking these precautions). Concrete/silica dust has been seeping into my apartment through fully closed windows everyday. I am pregnant, working from home, and this company's negligence has created an environment hazardous to my and other residents' health. When we brought this up to the company's representative, they disregarded our concerns (and literally laughed in response).

This company has been working on my building facade since april, it is now end of august. I have personally witnessed the workers replace the same bricks outside my window three times. They didn’t even start on the other side of the building yet. Completely incompetent. Don’t hire them.

They are tuckpointing my building right now. It's important work but they are doing it illegally and hurting the health of everyone around them. They arent using proper hepa vacuums to take in the silica dust; they are using leave blowers instead. The dust is getting into our apartment building and floating down stream to the park where there are children. Everyone in my family is coughing up a storm. I've been coughing non-stop for a month. This silicia dust is dangerous stuff and can eventually kills anyone who inhales with silicosis. They should not be allowed to work. It doesnt cost much use a vacuum. It's not right they are endangering the health of everyone around them. I dont know the quality of their other work but if they cant do something as simple as this safely, then i dont trust them to do anything else right.
