Came in to ask about my policy since its been hard times lately. I fully expected not getting any help but I was hopeful. Marie was a wonderful worker, she took the time to explain everything to me and help me better understand what I could do to fix my situation. She was very knowledgeable and sweet, I would highly recommend working with her!

Phillipe was helpful and efficient in resolving my problem. I had not received my statement either by mail (preferred) or email (old email, but I still have access and it was not there). He updated my contact information for future correspondence, took payment via phone and immediately sent confirmation .
Excellent customer service and work ethic. They respond quickly and efficiently to address all your concerns. I've never had an issue with them. If I'm leaving a 5 star rating, then that means there is no flaws with this place (I rarely leave 5 stars, let alone a positive review on google).
Great customer service. Marie is the sweetest and took the time to help me lower my insurance rate.

Do not ever go to this office. Change your policy to the Bayside office, David Kymn. He is professional, and he will take care of your needs where the other office is completely missing an action they completely were delinquent and taken care of my claim and they never called me back. I had to go through the 800 number which took care of everything for me right away. I will never use this office again. They are horrible and they should close. They should go out of business. Do not use this office at all! Xiu Chens office is HORRIBLE
