First time customer. I dropped my car off a few blocks away to get serviced and happened to stumble upon this spot walking up prince at like 9:40am. Owner greeted me and sat me down in one of the massage chairs and told me to wait a little. She drew me up a hot foot bath, got me a blanket and even tucked me in lol. I can understand a little bit of Chinese so I overheard her calling the massage therapist who may have still been sleeping. The owner refilled the footbath with steaming hot water and the therapist arrived in about 10 minutes. Got an hour foot massage which started with a solid shoulder/neck massage. The therapist was good and strong. I tipped $20, which I think is pretty standard. Was honestly just looking for somewhere to kill some time and keep warm so looking at the all the bad reviews I'm rather surprised cause I was treated extremely well. Definitely will return.

This place is soooo lovely. The owner is especially welcoming. I got the hair treatment and it was by far the most relaxing. It included neck massages and a little of the arms as well. She told me she makes the medicinal hair tonic herself and honestly it was just a super relaxing experience. 10/10 coming back

Clean and nice environment. And it’s a professional massage place. Enjoyed it a lot and got really relaxed afterwards. Will definitely come back next time.

Place was spotless and felt hygiene. The masseuse was very kind and welcoming. Prices lower than other places and didn't insist on tipping. Was a little difficult, finding the place in the complex, better signage recommended. Overall a great place.

The place exploits foreigners. The service was good but they enforce mandatory tips based on dollar amount oppose to percentage of the service rendered. There was no full disclosure with the mandatory tip prior to the service. I had an hour foot massage @ $35 per person. I was happy to tip at 20%. But I was told the minimum was $20, a whopping 57% tip. The lady owner said nothing less than $20 and that was the standard practice in the industry. Massages compared to other industries of 20% tip was not so and that it would be the case if I went around town for the same service. Such blatant exploitation should be frowned upon with a recourse to have their business penalized.
