I really like him and I've been going to him a few times already. He is very understanding of my problems and calms me down when I am paranoid that I am feeling a certain way. I actually don't understand why the other reviews are negative. He offers empathy that it is okay to be mentally unwell and that it is equally important as a physical injury. I would recommend!

After all the bad reviews, I have experienced tremendous benefits from seeing this doctor. I feel outside the society because, in Asian culture, information about mental health is considered taboo. But after seeing this doctor, I feel normal again, and there is nothing wrong with being unique as long as human being, we walk in the positive pathway. I also want to share that my experience of seeing a psychiatrist might be different than another specialty because it takes time, and it's a slow process of improvement that can't be seen within a day or two and consider it as a long process. All of those are supported by medication connected to individual objectives to move forward. Once again, thank you, Dr. Xu

Unfortunately all the reviews are true. If you really want care for your mental health, do not come here. 4 years of not being listened to and overprescribed. Finally found a new, better doctor today and all I can think is man, why did I wait so long.

Honestly I’ve been going to him since he was I was a like 5 years old I’ve been taking medication he put me in Risperidone, concerta, depakote, topamax, lithium, I was in all these medications but my mother took me off when I went back to her at 21 I was in an adoptive household. This doctor is not a good one mind you I was on the highest dosage twice a day I was told I was bipolar adhd anxiety and depression it’s not false but I’m not on medication and haven’t been in 28 now and my mindset hasn’t been clearer

this is my personal experience with Adderall and Ritalin. I went to see 2 doctors. this the first one, for my ADHD, and I was prescribed Ritalin and Adderall. Of course, not at the same time, but after taking those. It hurt my memory permanently and extremely severely. My memory is at least 60 times worst then before taking the pills. Even though I repeat the same thing about 60 times I still forget about it. This is how bad my memory is after taking those ADHD pills. This is extremely severe. I do not know why it is allowed on the market. And it has hurt me tremendously because I have trouble remembering and thus, I cannot learn new material unless I repeat many many times, takes forever to learn and study and thus trouble finding jobs. memory ability incapacitated. this is no different than a person with disabilities, memory disability. Hopefully there will not be person who have their memory ability disabled by this medication. (SPREAD THE WORD)
