YAH True Health and Wellness is awesome. The place is super clean and relaxing, and the vibe just puts you at ease right away. Their chiropractic work, acupuncture, and cupping are all really professional;you can tell they know what they’re doing. Plus, the staff are so friendly and caring. Definitely a spot I trust and recommend.

I was sore all over after skiing, and the treatment I received here was fantastic. The doctors were professional, patient, and really focused on my pain points, which made a noticeable difference. I also had an amazing facial acupuncture session! The treatment was deeply relaxing, and my skin looked brighter and more lifted immediately afterward. Dr.was gentle, attentive, and explained everything clearly. Highly recommend this place for both pain relief and natural facial rejuvenation!

I’ve been receiving chiropractic care, acupuncture, Chinese Tui Na massage, and physical therapy at YAH for an entire semester. The doctors are all kind, warm, and highly professional. The environment is very clean and calming, and there’s even a resting area for herb heating. It’s a place where both students and working people can truly recharge 😌

The space was clean, quiet, and relaxing, and it felt very different from a typical spa — more focused on real healing and body balance. The therapist was very professional and knowledgeable. Before starting, they asked about my problem areas and adjusted the massage based on my condition. The massage was deep and effective, especially for my neck, shoulders, and lower back. They clearly understand how the body’s meridians and muscle tension are connected, which made the treatment feel purposeful rather than random.

Love this place!!! I was really struggling with back pain before I came here. After finding True Health, my back feels so much better with the treatment! The people here are super nice, and the environment is really relaxing as well. Definitely recommend!
