Yahoo 位於紐約市的總部，不開放訪客參觀，進入大廳必須刷識別證才能進入電梯區。 辦公室位於 9 樓，電梯出來就是訪客接待大廳，有櫃檯、會客區和吧台。 要進入主要區域，需要再刷一次識別證進入，迎面而來的是兩側主視覺擺設和歷史沿革介紹，這一區主要是休憩區，包含用餐空間、茶水區和投籃區，空間很大，採對稱式設計。 往左右兩邊分別通往東西區的辦公空間，一邊是純辦公區，另一邊和多了攝影棚，往前走則是通往大會議室區。 辦公空間座位非常多，採自由座，每個座位都配有外接螢幕和升降桌，還有許多不同風格的會議室和溫馨角落，整體氛圍很舒服。

I love Yahoo. I please ask you to not remove our storage amount to our Yahoo email accounts. I have important emails going back from the year 2000. And also stop updating our email apps as well. Stop trying to fix , what's not broken. If you want to increase customers stick to more advertising like commercials. But please stop with all the negative changes.

I have a redirect virus from Google Chrome to Yahoo . Avoid yahoo!! if this is not illegal it should be.

I spoke with yahoo customer service they assured me as long as I bought their premium protection plan for 13$ per month they could help me get into my account after i verified everything. They took my $$ and said id have to call back . To design software to make a customer have to pay to get into my account is very alarming. It looks like they have all their off shore people do the work . Sure would like to clear this up !!!!!!

I've had a yahoo email address for approximately 10 years. Now they decide to start spamming me. Here is what the email said that they sent me "We're sending this (email) because we noticed you're interested in national and international news. You'll be the first to know when major news breaks." It sure is inappropriate and uncalled for when your email provider starts spamming you. update 3/31/26. Now yahoo is sending me spam wanting me to join their Fantasy Baseball. They are ridiculous.
