Dr. Cai has been my doctor for 2 years already and has been the best doctor I ever had. The thing I like the most is that he listens. He spend a great deal of time to listen to what's ailing you, then asks questions to make sure he completely understands your ailment. Once he fully understands, he thoroughly check you up and describes the recommended care and procedure. Also, he makes you feel like you're his only patient. I never feel rushed during my routine check ups, which is very comforting feeling. He's an outstanding doctor and caring individual. He's an authentic master of acupuncture and Chinese Herbal Medicine. He doesn't have a fancy website or a fancy office and as a result you end up paying a price that you can actually afford, as opposed to many acupuncture clinics in Manhattan which charge a fortune!

I’ve been seeing Dr. Cai periodically for years whenever I need a little tune-up, and he has never been anything less than 100% terrific. He has helped me with my body aches and pains as well as sleep and stress. Even after moving from Manhattan to Brooklyn, I continue to see him rather than find someone closer to me bc I know he’s just that good. I’m also a physical therapist and have my own practice in Brooklyn, but still refer my patients to him, and they, too, have always had positive results. I almost hesitate to publicly recommend him so highly for fear I won’t be able to get on his schedule when I need to go! But thankfully that’s only a few times a year. His needling technique is gentle and his office is COVID-safe with stellar precautions including UV light sanitizers. You’ll love him... just don’t take my spot! :)

Dr. Cai is super knowledgeable. He makes me feel comfortable and offers great health advice. I am on a fertility journey and he gives me hope. Something I need when a medical doctor treats you like an IVF transaction.

Excellent Acupuncturist in NYC! I'm an athlete, went there to get treatment after feeling some minor pain on foot and heel, could not keep my training routine. The doctor is not only great and knowledgeable, but he is so kind, and give good advice to prevent injuries. He also gave me the right treatment when I got problems on my back after other acupuncturist decided that I had bad back, gave me unnecessary massage. The patient room is very clean, and entire office is so clean and organized. The doctor and the lady in front desk speak perfect English, and this is important for pacientes who are not Chinese, and want good acupuncture treatment in Chinatown.

Yaoshen is amazing! He fixed my back pain in one visit a few years ago, and I’ve gone back for various treatments ever since. He’s highly knowledgeable, thoughtful, and attentive!
