The place is clean and organized. I love that they have individual private room and couple room. Perfect for friends and couple to enjoy massage and head spa together. The price is decent, great value for the service they provide. Must try head spa and back massage. They had a promotion going to! Grab it before too late

Massage therapists are professional, message help relieve pain, and maybe even relieve some lingering nasal symptoms from a previous flu. Place is clean and well organized

The masseur is a newbie, not professional at all. I felt like I can do a better job by myself, Very disappointed

This store is not ready for customers yet, so I strongly recommend not going for now. The issue is with their POS machine. When you swipe your card, the bank shows that the transaction went through, but their machine says the payment failed. Because of this, the only way to recover your money is to call the bank and open a dispute, which can take hours on the phone since the banking apps don’t always allow you to resolve it directly. I tried five different cards, and two of them were charged over $1000 in total. It has been five days already, and I’ve spent hours calling the bank trying to fix a problem that I did not cause. What made the situation worse was the store’s response. Instead of trying to understand the issue, they chose not to engage with it, hung up on my call, and refused to help. As a business, customer service starts with listening and understanding the customer’s problem, then proposing a way to address it. Being passive-aggressive or hanging up on a customer who has already spent significant time trying to resolve an issue they are not responsible for is unacceptable.
