I came here for first time for the “Featured Head Treatment” ($98) on Wednesday 5/7 and it was a pleasant experience. It includes a scalp treatment and a facial. Just to inform future customers: not all staff members speak english. I barely know mandarin so i was struggling to communicate with my masseuse. Besides the language barrier, the pressure she used on my scalp and body was great. She asked if it felt too hard or soft and made sure the temperature of the water was comfortable too. If i were rich, i would get a head massage everyday😂. The only part i didnt feel comfortable with was the steamer after getting conditioned. I dont do well with heat so i was struggling to breathe and my masseuse left the room so i couldnt really move. She also blow dried my hair at the end. I’ll definitely be back in the near future!

I had a wonderful experience at here! The staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and attentive to every detail. The atmosphere was relaxing and clean, making it the perfect place to unwind. My facial turned out even better than I expected — I felt truly pampered and refreshed. I highly recommend this location to anyone looking for top-quality beauty services. I got an ear cleaning done. They got so much wax out and the lady who did it was very gentle and patient with me. I got the newcomers special where you get three services for a 100 dollars. I’ll be back to do my facial and headspa very soon

I saw a xiaomanyc video of Y&C HI Beauty 86 where he pranks customers who don’t know he speaks Chinese. This one showed that the treatments were great for men and women. The shampoo and head massage looked pretty relaxing in the video. I’ve never done anything like this before. So while in NYC from Colorado, I caught the D train to 14th Ave in Brooklyn and walked a couple of blocks. I got the featured head treatment and it was amazing. It was much more than what I saw in the video. It included shampoo, head massage, face and neck massage, face mask, shoulder massage steam, and more. It’s a bit of a train ride from Manhattan, but worth the trip and the train is good people watching for sure.

I went in for a full body massage on a Sunday with no customers inside. First of all they do not know a word of english. Secondly while i was getting my massage i asked the lady to be a little gentle with massage but she not listen. She also had the lights on and had another coworker in the room and was yapping in Chinese which was disturbing. When it came to payment time she asked me for minimum of 10$ of tip with trash massage. Plz do not go in for a full body massage. Rip off
