When i visited the place, it was for window shopping only because i didn't think i will be able to make a purchase at the time. But Manny, Will, Mingo and Rudi put their best effort to make sure i can go home with the best option that i can afford. just a quick tips if you come to this dealership, if you are serious about buying a car, their team will put their best effort to help you. About the car itself, i purchased a 2011 Honda Pilot with high mileage on it, i did self inspection on the car and they let me spend enough time to go through the entire part of the car. The most important thing is, between price compare to value, it is fair enough for me. The car shows some wear and tear in interior and some of the body parts, but engine, transmission and wheels holding on ok so far. Just today Will called me for checking on the car and also offer their affordable services in case i feel anything wrong in the car. What i fixed on the car my self during this month are: 1. Changing the glovebox pin/lock because it was broken and can't be opened when i got it (i realized it during inspection) 2. Changing the air intake tube because it was teared up by age (i realized it during inspection) 3. Put new engine air filter (standard maintenance) 4. Put new cabin air filter (standard maintenance) 5. Changing the front plate number bracket because the under plastic clip was broken (just realized it when i washed the car, and this is why it is important for us to sometimes just wash the car to realized the condition of some parts of it) I will do fluid change this upcoming November (Engine oil, transmission oil and radiator coolant). Please wish me luck with this car, planning to use it long term. I also wishing luck for whoever out there that are looking for their dream car. YESAUTO is a worth to visit.

I recently bought a 2016 Toyata Rav4 with 56k miles.from YES AUTOS on Queens Blvd in Elmhust Queens. It was my first time buying a car from a dealer so I was a bit intimidated. I was taken care of by Paul one of the sales persons. Paul made the process easy. I was putting alot of money down which made me nervous but Paul allowed my mechanic to out the car with no problem. I am very happy with my car. Keep in mind that certain fees are added to the final price , it a normal process at dealerships but YES Auto is happy to negotiate.

Do not go here!!! I had a terrible experience with this shop. I was clearly overcharged for repairs, and after I left, the check engine light mysteriously stayed off until I got home to Maryland, when it came right back on. When I contacted them about it, they refused to take responsibility, even though their own warranty suggested they should. I ultimately had to file a complaint with the New York Department of Motor Vehicles to resolve the situation. After reviewing everything, they required the shop to reimburse me. During that process it also came to light that I had been overcharged for another service as well, which meant they owed me even more money. In the end they were forced to send me a check rather than deal with the possibility of going to court. I would strongly caution others to review their invoices carefully and be very cautious before trusting this business with your vehicle.
