If I can go with negative 100 stars I would! They have such a bad service as a travel agency!! How can you claim you do not understand ENGLISH and cannot speak the language! Hello this is a business! You got to have basic English don’t you? How come when my initial call someone was able to speak English but doesn’t know the cancellations fees and breakdown, tells you to call back next day or they will contact you back. They didn’t call back so I called back to confirm again; they all of a sudden say the person who speak English is not here and I don’t understand English! But you can operate a travel agency! Okay fine… not a problem but what makes it worst, they hung me up by putting me on a long hold claim they are busy! They didn’t themselves with an excuse me can I put you on hold! It was like …..! That was it! Bad bad service! Scam the elders in the local community for those who don’t have know how to book online tickets. Don’t let the elderly get scam by these people. They are there to only service that one line of community the ones that speaks their language!
