Dr Yin is a very kind hearted physician. Her skills during delivery are great and she took good care to talk me and my wife through the delivery process. I am very grateful and am not sure why her ratings are not higher, maybe due to one staff member in the front but I won't count that against her. Will recommend her to all my family and friends

I’ve been with Dr. Yin for over 12 years now. She helped me deliver both of my kids. Being an OB-GYN is stressful because you’re pretty much on call 24/7 and you get woken up at all hours to deliver a baby, but she’s kept on going all these years because she’s extremely passionate about her work and you can tell...I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my gynecology needs!

I barely see a doctor who is not usually available. I always see PA who doesn't have enough knowledge about what I asked. Also, I asked a formal medical document about my symptom to submit my work. They couldn't provide me a professional document format with a LETTERHEAD. What kind of doctor's clinic have no letterhead? They were not even willing to sit down on a desk to create the document that I need. All they were saying they don't have a document format. Please do not waste your time. This place is not for you.

I had an IUD inserted by Dr. Xuebin and the entire experience was deeply disturbing. Before the procedure I was told that I would not need pain medication of any kind and that nobody gets more than a couple of cramps. She did not explain what she was doing during the procedure like I'd asked. And when I began to scream and cry from the pain she told me to be quiet because "it doesn't hurt at all" and "why [am I] being dramatic". She also laughed and told me that if I can't handle that then I shouldn't have kids. After the procedure I was extremely nauseous, had a metallic taste in my mouth, my vision was going black, and I could not stand properly. I asked to sit for a few minutes so I could stop hyperventilating and make sure I didn't vomit. After just 5 minutes she and her staff told me I needed to leave because they needed to leave and had important things to do. If you are thinking about seeing Dr. Xuebin my advice is to run in the other direction. Medical abuse is extremely common but there are now more and more doctors who actually take your pain seriously. Find one who does because this is not it.

I had my appointment in-person. Besides the fact that the wait time was not too bad (probably because it was almost time to close), I have nothing positive to say about her and her team. She does not provide a positive, empowering environment for her patients. She was rude and disrespectful when I just started asking questions because I misunderstood the kind of medicines she was prescribing me. We had our conversations in Chinese throughout my visit. I thought that would make me feel a little more comfortable but I was totally wrong. She even asked me why I asked that many questions. She was expecting me to not ask questions because I was young or because of my age (that’s what she told me literally in Chinese). I told her that I didn’t understand that’s why I asked to make sure, she was telling me that she did explained to me about the medicines. Such an unprofessional manner to treat patients! Disgusting visit! And I paid 100 bucks just to be treated like that! Her team is also such an embarrassment! They do not provide any guidance once you’re in the office. Assume that every patient is there 24/7 and knows every detail about the clinic.... The most embarrassing, unprofessional doctor’s experience!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Btw I would give it nothing but have to in order to publish it!
