The office is clean, organized, and runs on time. The doctor was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything in detail.

Dr. Lin is an excellent physical therapist—professional, patient, and very knowledgeable. I came in with severe neck pain and forward head posture, and he clearly explained the causes and taught me effective exercises. After doing them daily, my neck pain was gone within a week and my posture improved noticeably. I truly appreciate his care and expertise. The only downside is that the front desk service could be friendlier, but when it’s not too busy, you can usually see Dr. Lin quickly. Overall, highly recommend Dr. Lin if you need physical therapy

The doctors are so nice and helpful. My friend recommended me this clinic because she said they have lots of useful sources and were very helpful. During my own experience there, the front desk was really nice and welcoming even though I forgot to bring some of the required documents for a new patient. Overall, I was really impressed with how my visit went that I even switched my primary care doctor to this place.

The front desk staff at this clinic are extremely unprofessional. They are often on their phones instead of helping patients, and I’ve witnessed them yelling at people instead of treating them with respect. A medical clinic should feel welcoming and supportive, but the rude behavior at the front desk creates the opposite experience. It makes the whole visit stressful and unpleasant. I would not recommend this clinic until they improve their customer service. I would honestly give it a 0 star for the service.
