I have used this agency many times and they always give us options as customer. If you want the cheapest option, they will advise you but will advise it will not be best option. They always try to find a balance between your budget and experience which is something most agencies will not cater to. They will at times help you during off hours and are always articulate in their logistics process. David helped me and he knows the labor of travel since he did extensive travel himself.
