If you want to come here and waste your time then this is the right place for you. Even you have an appointment, they still make you wait for hours. The front desk staff are so unprofessional, I wonder why they are still working there even with the numerous complaints about them. I'll take my business someplace else.

I'm writing this review to warn others about coming here. I called this place multiple times, only for them to pick up on the 5th or 6th call. In the middle of trying to book a cleaning appointment, they suddenly hung up?? When they first answered, it sounded like they were either half asleep or did not want to be on the call. Everything about it was just extremely unprofessional. The last time I came here, the lady who was cleaning my teeth would get annoyed at any questions I asked and would never explain what was going on or if there were any issues with my teeth that needed to be addressed. Everyone here is dismissive and quite frankly speaking the entire place just seems sad. I understand that this office constantly overbooks as it's common among places that accept medicaid. But I would stay far far away from this office. Really unwelcoming and extremely understaffed. They don't care about you and will treat you like you're a nuisance. You're better off finding any other place that's not this one.

AVOID AT ALL COST!! TLDR: CRAZY FRONT DESK LADY & LONGGGG WAIT TIMES Lady at front desk is crazy and very rude...prob the wife or something cause otherwise why is she still working here?? And the wait is horrendously long, it's for old folks who have a whole day to spare. This place needs to be shut down!! Report to BBB!!

I had a very disappointing experience at this clinic. The front desk staff was unhelpful, making the check-in process frustrating. The doctor arrived late, and despite having an appointment, I still had to wait a long time. If appointments don’t help reduce wait times, what’s the point of having a scheduling system? This place needs better management and customer service. I wouldn’t recommend it.

What I really wanted to talk about is the overbookings that this office (and many other clinics in Chinatown) are infamous for. As with many older Chinese patients, my parents feel more comfortable to see a Chinese doctor. Many Chinese doctors are well aware of that and they want to maximize their revenue by booking more patients than they can handle in a day. Needless to say the first impact is the long waiting time. I am not talking about 15 minutes or half an hour. It is not unusual for patients to wait for an hour to 2 hours beyond their appointment time in this office. I wanted to call out our community leaders to address this business practice. We are living in an advance country. Is it really OK that Chinese patients should be prepared to deal with long waiting time and the rudeness of the staff? If we want changes, it has to start with our own community.
