Young’s Auto Repair

I been to many other shops for my car repair until I find Young’s Auto Repair. Finally a shop who satisfied my high expectations. Very detailed work and nice customer service. I am never going elsewhere for big or small repairs.

I’m trilled to give five stars, I am coming from Long Island to service my car. They exceeded my expectations. Their excellent service made experience stress free. I am happy with their performance work and get my vehicle back on the same day. Quick and safely even though they have a long line.

if you own a tesla, you know how easy the inspections are. painless and quick. i used to come here for my nys inspection with no problems but at some point recently the management maybe changed or something? used to be a quick 10 min in and out service, but this time they said it would take 30 min (that would be after waiting 40 min for other gas engine cars to finish) and couldn’t give me a proper reason why it would be so different this time than the other times i’ve been here other than “different mechanics have different styles”. i said it’s the same shop so why would it be different and he was dismissive of my concern. “stylistic” difference shouldn’t be 25 extra minutes without a proper explanation. went elsewhere in the end.

Bad attitude especially the front desk chubby dude, I asked him to print out the record of the car maintenance I've done in theat shop for my record to keep and he refused, let alone they installed cheap rotors that got corroded in 2 days and charged me 480 for it ! I won't be going there anymore and I don't recommend it

These guys have no idea what they are doing. I went in this morning to replace the two controls arms in the front, and the mechanic wouldn't stop hiding the hardware with a hammer. You'd think this guy was trying to demolish a house. And this went on for minutes, all to remove the right side control arm. After they were done, my car started showing warnings on the dash, his hammering as damaged the sensors, when I press the brakes there's insane amount of bumps coming from underneath the pedal. None of these issues were there before. I had a check engine light prior, and that was for my 02 sensors. But now, I have stabilitrak warning, I have ABS lighting up too. And the guy in the window was very rude, of course I'm not chinese, and the way he talked to me was by far different from how he addressed the other customers. Their price was cheap for the job, yes, but now I need to repair whatever damage they caused. The control arms I replaced were less than 2yrs old, not rusty so why use hammer for such long duration? All they had to do was remove bolts. Will never go back here
