The receptionists are very kind; they helped me get my insurance to cover my insoles. The doctor is excellent, very friendly, and the only one who has truly helped me find a solution for my plantar fascitis

Highly recommended! Very clean and modern facility. Dr. Yuen was great and super friendly. He was very thorough and took the time to explain and answer all the questions. They also have variety of Orthopedic shoes to offer. Excellent experience overall.

Dr. Yuen and his team are awesome. When I entered, I was greeted with great courtesy. Dr. Yuen exhibited great knowledge and explained everything in detail. He treated me with utmost care during my visit, and I felt very comfortable. I will surely visit him again!!!

This was one of the worst experiences ever. After arriving 15 minutes early for my appointment and being the first one there, the receptionist let someone who arrived after me to see the doctor first. That was the first sign that this was not a place where I would be treated fairly. After I finally got to see the doctor, I did not receive proper treatment. I have sever foot pain to which he did not give any explanation or even mention how to treat it. There was blatant racism and I was not treated fairly. If you would like to waste your money and time please come here.

I do have respect for doctor but this place is ridiculous, waist of time and energy.1st they messed up with my dad medication,2nd they multiple appoint visit for insole/shoes/ sandals which is approve by insurance and still they makes us wait for 3 months and they again want to make doc visit$$ to select shoes/sandal for 3rd time. And after selecting and confirming every thing, they still don’t provide the shoes or sandal . Or , If they could have confirmed us that its not cover and we have to pay from pocket than also we don’t mind 🤷‍♀️but calling multiple times and making Daley and wait until New Year and saying that oh last time when u guys came to choose the shoes “shoes specialist wasn’t there” So, WTH you guys call pt for ? Just to take $$ from insurance for doc visit ?. I am so disappointed and never gonna visit this kind of office.
