Love it every time I go here! Masaki is amazing! Their attention to detail and service is above and beyond. I always get the right information and expectations and always end up loving my hair after. The treatments that I have gotten here have helped me save so much time by making my hair manageable.

Recently got the Japanese hair straightening perm done and a haircut. Hair is so much more manageable. Masaki is very kind and super detailed! Staff is very friendly and efficient!

I’ve had my hair cut by Masaki twice now, and I can’t recommend him enough! Both times I only had a vague idea of what I wanted, but left loving the result. His understanding of what your needs are, attention to detail, and precision shows in the cut. Also, the head spa is amazing—so relaxing and refreshing. Totally worth it!

overall my experience wasn't bad. i booked a haircut with mizuho and she was very friendly. i wanted short bangs & some sort of layered cut & it did feel like she was unsure how to do my hair the way i wouldve liked so i left a bit unsatisfied? i felt like i needed to fix my bangs at home. my hair was pretty damaged from bleach so i liked that she was able to help me get some length off! my hair feels healthier but i'm not super happy with the bangs. maybe my thin & damaged hair was hard to work with

I got my haircut by Masaki. I specifically asked for a slight trim and front layers only but when I went home to check my hair, my layers that I have been trying so hard to grow were cut as short as my front bangs. I’m confused on why he chose to do what I never asked for thus ruining my experience. Another thing. While he was cutting my front hair, he did not cover my face nor did he clean the hair that went all over my face. No wonder the hairstylist in the front, named YURI was smiling like I made a joke. I saw the hair all over my face when I went to the bathroom, the least he could do was clean my face from his mess but he clearly chose not to do it. I paid A LOT for my hair to be cut in a way I never asked for. There is no way for him to even fix it as I need to wait for my hair to grow…AGAIN. They also do not pick up the phone or check their emails. EDIT: There have been no updates since then emailing me back after days asking how they can fix my hair that was cut short…how can you possibly fix short layers that were never asked to be cut? Can you magically make my hair grow longer? They ended up calling me, asking me to come in for “them to check” and fix the issue. You can’t fix hair that’s been cut short. Products won’t magically fix this. Hairstylists who cut hair however they want should not be hairstylists.
