Dr Zhang is so nice and professional. The office is clean and the staffs are all very friendly. Very happy experience here. I recommended Dr Zhang to my family and friends.

I never leave reviews, but this doctors office is one of the worst I've seen. If you speak English, please listen to me and go somewhere else. 1. I went to DR Zhang for a full check-up. It took me 2 MONTHS to get an answer on the result. I say it took ME 2 Months because even after two months, I had to call them to get an answer. Worst is when I ask to speak to the doctor to get my test results, the receptionist time and time again answered with a real bad attitude and told me to hold until the doctor had the time, which she mentioned would not be within the hour or keep calling back until I can reach him. The doctor calling me back was not even an option. 2. When calling to refill my prescription, they told me it would be sent to my pharmacy and to wait. After a week and my pharmacy still not receiving the prescription, I called back. The reception simply stated, "Oh, we forgot. We will send it now. " Again, no apologies mentioned. 3. When trying to book an appointment to see the doctor, the reception says, no matter what you will wait. Doesn't matter if you book an appointment or walk-in. With their signature bad attitude. I am also in the service industry. Having a bad day or being busy is no excuse to talk to folks in this manner. I really tried to give people the benefit of the doubt. But the way this doctor and his receptionist handle clients show that they overbook as many patients as possible and take whoever has time to waste. Upon deeper look at the reviews on Google, which is one of the main reason that had me calling this office in the first place, all of the "good" reviews are done by people with 1 review. I fully understand this is my first review as well, but believe you me, I am only leaving this review in hopes that it will save a patient that really needs the attention and care from falling into the same bad place I am in. 我来这医院 10多年 都很好 没什么事我也不是 没事找事的人 可是这几年 换了 前台后 很恐怖 要转诊单 改一个字 是她们错 还跟我 哼 打了 好几次电话 才给我发 而且 还哼着 说谎 发了 是叫 susan的 女前台 还有 做心电图 的 时候 问我 要换人吗？ 我不知道 要 脱衣服 说了没事 不要换人吧 应该 所以 男的 贴 片 还 让我内上衣也要脱 然后 不对劲 我才问 没有 女职员吗？才给我换女职员 这个需要问 换不换人吗？我也 当场 没生气 就过去了 后来 因为 转诊单 气了 跟医生 提意见了 这二个事 后来去听 结果 也没人 故意让我等 2个小时 现在 反而 把我 拉黑了 打电话 打不通 不知道 张医生知不知道 我都 没听过 说声 不好意思 无理 离谱 的 前台和 职员 不要 来这里了 我换了 医院
