Food was really good. Definitely underestimated the spice level. Buffet style Hot Pot. 10/10 would recommend. Totally coming back next time I'm in NYC!!

Delicious hot pot spot where you can build it yourself! I was able to mix and match the ingredients that I like, then the staff cooks it for you and serves it. You can chose do either a regular hot pot with soup base or a dry pot, and I chose the dry pot. The restaurant has a varieties of traditional Chinese chilies, mushrooms, and meats to choose from. Overall, a very hearty, delicious meal.

I’m a big fan of Zhang Liang in Philly, so this was my first time trying this location and I was pleasantly surprised The soup tastes completely different, more like an authentic soup straight from China Absolutely love it!!

20251229 - Bright and clean place Staff attitude seemed satisfactory .. not as combative as some reviews suggested Plenty of food choices and looked fresh and clean The octopus was a little undercooked Be careful .. I asked for medium spiciness but was probably more spicy than medium 😅

I had extremely high expectations since I loved the philadelphia location of this food chain where the take out are super enjoyable too even after long period of time. However, this location is just absolutely disappointing and the lady at the front desk was just rude too. First of all, I would like to just question why mild flavor has red pepper coating everything with chili oil coating the whole bottom on the take out box? Second of all, if I ordered it pick up, shouldn’t i still be able to dine in…
