Had a great experience here taking their refresher course for folks who already know how to drive. I needed to get my license fast and they helped make it happen. Passed the road test on my first try. Very affordable, too! Janet was really great with finding appointment times that fit with my work schedule. If you don't speak Chinese, I would not worry; their English is good. My instructor Allen (or Alan?) was very good about making sure I drove safely, smoothly, and without fear; He's a nice guy and I would recommend him. I can still hear his calmly repeated commands and phrases in my head whenever I drive now. He really repeats things until you get it, and it stays with you. He will definitely give you feedback if you do stuff wrong and when you do it perfectly. To the folks worried that the instructors are too impatient or strict: remember, you are operating a 2 ton death machine in a crowded city. If you do so unsafely, it's not just your own life on the line. Things can go bad in an instant. You can expect the teacher to correct your wheel or hit the brakes if something is not right. I would hope that any instructor would speak up and quickly correct poor driving rather than let it go on and someone gets hurt. Do not argue. Shake it off, listen to your Lǎoshī, incorporate the feedback, and they will have you driving right in no time!

Passed my road test on the first try after 10 classes with Lin. He’s clear on instructions and strict on driving skills. He’s a great teacher that respects traffic rules and etiquette, and also knows how to help students pass the test. Janet handles scheduling and communications, and has been very helpful throughout the whole process. Highly recommend!

Instructor and Operator are both very efficient. Good teachers, small fuss when scheduling exams. Good Pricing. I recommend if you take learning seriously. See everyone else on the road.

Instructor still has an anger issue, no matter what you do NOT hit your students, made me so mad that an entire session was wasted. (No apology either) This is my main issue. Lessons always end 5 to 10 minutes early or even earlier depending on the instructor's mood. Instructor has been late multiple times. Refusal to answer questions, will insult you if you ask them. The office has locked its doors (people within have been kicked out of the basement for safety violations), so you cannot wait inside. If the instructor dislikes and disrespects me and still can’t be switched out, I wonder if there are even other instructors. All in all, an AVERAGELY PRICED location (compared to other Chinese locations) but both the UNPROFESSIONALISM and the (few) moments of physical ABUSE made me dislike this place.
